These Terms & Conditions govern all engagements between BOOST STAR Experts (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the client (“Client”, “you”) for digital services. By signing a proposal, making a payment, or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Offered

BOOST STAR Experts offers professional services, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development: Custom Shopify, WordPress, and other platform builds, frontend/backend development, and integrations.

  • Speed Optimization: Enhancing load time, Core Web Vitals, image optimization, script management, and server-side tweaks.

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization): On-page SEO, off-page backlinking, technical SEO, local SEO, keyword targeting, and ongoing ranking strategies.

  • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): Heatmap tracking, A/B testing, landing page optimization, checkout flow improvements, and UX/UI suggestions.

  • Digital Advertising: Campaign creation and management on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Custom Work: Including app development, automation scripts, API integrations, and other development solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Consultation: Strategy sessions, audits, business discovery workshops, and reporting.

Specific services for each engagement will be defined in a scope of work (SOW) or project proposal.

 

2. Project Engagement & Client Obligations

  • The project officially begins once the client approves the proposal and makes the upfront payment.

  • The client agrees to provide timely access, accurate credentials, clear instructions, and responsive communication throughout the project.

  • Client must respond to queries or approvals within 3-5 business days to avoid project delays.

  • BOOST STAR Experts is not responsible for delays caused by lack of input, changes in instructions, or third-party coordination.

3. Payment Terms

  • All projects require an initial payment of 40% unless stated otherwise.

  • Remaining payments are due upon milestone completion, project handover, or after a mutually agreed timeline.

  • No work will be delivered or transferred until full payment is received.

  • Payments are non-refundable, as they cover time, strategy, and operational costs.

  • Payment delays of over 7 days from the due date will incur interest at 5% per month.

  • International clients must ensure the full amount is received after conversion or transfer deductions.

4. Delivery, Delays & Abandonment

  • Project timelines are estimates and depend on client responsiveness, complexity, and third-party interactions.

  • If the client becomes unresponsive for 15 consecutive business days, the project may be marked as abandoned. Reactivation may require additional fees.

  • In the event of delays due to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta API downtime, Sticky.io delay), BOOST STAR Experts is not liable for non-delivery within the original schedule.

  • Services are considered “delivered” when scope is completed or delays are due to external client issues.

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

  • All packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Revisions must be submitted within 7 days of each delivery.

  • Scope changes during the project (e.g., new pages, extra ad accounts, new integrations) may require timeline and fee adjustments.

  • Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the standard hourly rate or a fixed quote.

6. Cancellation, Refunds & Credit

  • If the client terminates the contract after project commencement, payments made are non-refundable.

  • No refund will be issued for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or change of business direction after work has started.

  • In certain cases, at BOOST STAR Experts’ discretion, the client may receive service credit toward future work instead of a refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • BOOST STAR Experts retains ownership of all raw files, code, assets, and strategies until full payment is received.

  • Once fully paid, the client receives full rights to final deliverables, except for licensed or third-party assets (e.g., stock photos, paid plugins, APIs).

  • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, social media, or case studies unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

8. Advertising & Platform Management

  • For ad campaigns, the client must provide access to relevant ad accounts (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).

  • BOOST STAR Experts is not liable for disapprovals, bans, or policy violations triggered by client-provided content or historical ad account issues.

  • Budget for ad spend is the client's responsibility and is billed directly through the ad platform.

  • Ad performance may vary and is influenced by multiple market factors beyond our control.

9. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep all business, financial, and strategic information confidential.

  • We will never share or sell your business data or proprietary strategies.

  • All sensitive data provided to us will be stored securely and used only for the purposes of the project.

10. Liability & Indemnification

  • BOOST STAR Experts will not be held liable for direct or indirect damages including but not limited to loss of business, data, or revenue.

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold BOOST STAR Experts harmless from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from materials, content, or platforms provided by the client.

  • Total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.


11. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days' written notice.

  • BOOST STAR Experts reserves the right to terminate the project immediately without refund if the client is found to be abusive, unethical, or in breach of terms.

  • Upon termination, all completed work up to the termination date must be paid for by the client.

12. Force Majeure

BOOST STAR Experts is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, technical outages, war, cyberattacks, or acts of government.


13. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion and mediation.

  • If not resolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India

14. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change. Clients will be notified of major changes via email or written communication.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with BOOST STAR Experts through payment, signature, or service confirmation, the client agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions.

 

16. Internship & Training Programs

BOOST STAR Experts offers practical training and internship programs to aspiring individuals in areas like web development, SEO, social media marketing, and campaign management.

16.1 Certification

  • Every intern who completes the full duration of the program and assigned tasks receives a Training Completion Certificate.

  • Certification does not imply employment or future job guarantee but validates the skills acquired during the program.

16.2 Internship Structure

  • Interns may work on real-time projects under mentorship and team guidance.

  • Internships are unpaid unless specifically mentioned.

  • Timely submission of tasks and participation in reviews are mandatory to receive certification.

16.3 Employment Disclaimer

  • BOOST STAR Experts does not guarantee job placement after internship.

  • If a job or paid position becomes available and your performance is exceptional, you may be considered, but no commitment is made at any stage.

17. Affiliate Product Promotion

  • As part of our content, blogs, and training, we may promote relevant tools, gadgets, or services via Amazon Affiliate links or similar programs.

  • We may earn a small commission for purchases made through these links, but there is no extra cost to the buyer.

  • Our recommendations are based on relevance, experience, and usefulness to digital professionals.
