Recently Completed Free Shopify Websites 

1. Eligibility Criteria:

The offer is available only to new Shopify users or businesses that do not currently have an active Shopify store.

Applicants must provide all required business details, branding assets, and other requested information within the specified timeline.


2. Plan Requirements:

The customer must subscribe to a Shopify plan once BOOST STAR Experts share the ownership.

Payment for the Shopify Basic plan must be completed and verified to activate the offer.


3.Scope of Work:

The free website development includes basic design, product listings (up to 20), and essential Shopify app installations.

Additional customizations, premium themes, or advanced integrations are not covered and may incur extra charges.

4. Timeline and Delivery:

All necessary materials must be provided within 7 days of signing up.

Standard development completion time is 15 Days. Delays due to incomplete information from the client are not the responsibility of BOOST STAR Experts.

5. Promotion and Marketing:

BOOST STAR Experts reserve the right to showcase the developed website as part of their portfolio unless the client opts out in writing.

6. Non-Transferable:

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.

7. Termination of Offer:

BOOST STAR Experts reserve the right to cancel the offer if eligibility criteria are not met, or in cases of non-cooperation or delays from the client.

8. Additional Services:

Any requests outside the defined scope will require a separate agreement and may involve additional costs.


9. Content Submission:

The client must provide all required text, images, and branding materials (e.g.,  logo, product descriptions) in digital format.

BOOST STAR Experts are not responsible for creating or sourcing content unless specifically agreed upon.

 

10. Number of Products:

The free development offer covers the addition of up to 20 products. Additional product uploads may incur extra charges.

11. Domain and Hosting:

The client is responsible for purchasing their domain name and any hosting fees associated with the Shopify platform.

BOOST STAR Experts can assist with domain setup as part of the free service.

 

12. Revisions:

The free offer includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this limit will be billed separately.

 

13. Ownership of the Website:

Once the website is delivered and approved, full ownership rights are transferred to the client.

BOOST STAR Experts retain no liability for any post-launch changes made by the client.

 

14. Maintenance and Support:

This offer does not include ongoing maintenance or support services post-launch. Separate packages for these services are available upon request.

 

15. Limitations:

The free offer is for basic e-commerce functionality. Advanced features such as multi-language support, custom checkout flows, or complex integrations are not included.

The website will be developed using free Shopify themes, premium Shopify theme customization is not included .

 

16. Compliance and Legal Obligations:

The client is responsible for ensuring that their business and website comply with all applicable laws, including data privacy and consumer protection regulations.

 

17. Client Cooperation:

Active participation from the client is required throughout the development process. Failure to respond to communication within [X] business days may result in project delays or termination.


18. Marketing Use:

BOOST STAR Experts reserve the right to feature the developed website in promotional materials, case studies, or testimonials unless explicitly declined by the client in writing.


19. No Hidden Fees:

While the website development is completely free, the client is responsible for all Shopify platform fees, app subscriptions, and other third-party service costs.


20. Offer Validity:

This offer is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

Only one free website development offer is allowed per business entity or individual.

21. Acceptance of Terms:

By participating in this offer, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions set forth by BOOST STAR Experts.
